We have flexible service opportunities with 2 conveyor robotic electrostatic powder coating lines for sectors that need high quantity and serial workpieces, as well as box-type electrostatic powder painting units for non-serial workpieces.
Each powder paint has a unique temperature-time curve. If full curing conditions determined by the paint manufacturer are provided, the paint is cooked fully reaching the desired surface and strength value. Temperature and conveyor parameters are determined by thermograph measurements in Mesa Metal ensuring the temperature-time curve is reached. These records taken with thermograph devices have an important place in Mesa Metal in terms of traceability and reporting.
In our 3600 m2 facility located in Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone, the industry center in Istanbul, we offer electrostatic powder coating service for workpieces up to 3000x1200x600mm in size in our conveyor electrostatic powder coating lines and workpieces up to 3000x1300x800mm in size in our box type electrostatic powder coating units.
