1976 : Establishment

We were founded under the leadership of the late Mehmet Karabacak, saying we needed to produce. In those years when electrostatic powder coating technology had not yet come to Türkiye, we started our activities with the production of metal technical goods and sheet furniture for the public and private sectors under the management of Yüksel Karabacak.

1987 : Our First Growth Steps

Taking into account the developing technology, we increased our production capacity by moving our production activities, which started in an area of 200 m2, to a facility of 900 m2 and started to renew our organizational structure.

1990 : Electrostatic Powder Painting System

The electrostatic powder painting method, which started to be used in Europe and America in the 1960s, came to Türkiye in the late 1980s. Our company is one of the first companies to start using the electrostatic powder painting method in Türkiye. Our conveyor electrostatic powder painting line started operating in 1990.

1992: Innovations in the Facility

Our surface preparation line was established with the aim of following the needs that emerged especially in the automotive sector and powder coating applications at international standards. Our service opportunities have expanded according to the types of work pieces by putting our box type painting units into operation. With our second conveyor electrostatic powder coating line, which was put into operation in 1999, we reached a painting capacity of 1,000,000 m2 per year.

2000: We are in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone

As we progressed in our surface preparation and electrostatic powder coating services, we moved our production lines to a closed area of 3,600 m2 due to increasing demands in various branches of our industry and settled in our factory in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, the center of the industry in Istanbul.

2002 : Our Liquid Industrial Paint Finishing Services

Our first liquid industrial paint finishing unit was commissioned to meet the need for the use of paints cured at low temperatures in sheet metal and metal workpieces, primarily in the white goods sector.

2004: Our Metalworking Activities Gain a Separate Legal Entity

Our story, which started with metalworking activities, was shaped by the arrival of electrostatic powder coating technology in Türkiye, and has progressed and diversified over the years depending on the development in the industry. In 2004, our designs in the field of metalworking, the products we developed for the construction and electrical sectors, and our knowledge gained a separate identity with the Mebosa brand; metalworking and plastic workpiece production capacity was transferred to Mebosa Makine. Mebosa Makine started its operations in a 2,600 m2 production facility in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone.

2004 : ISO 9001 : 2000

We have adopted the principles of ISO 9001:2000 as a quality management system and have adopted continuous improvement as a principle.

2005: Electrostatic Powder Coating and Liquid Industrial Paint Finishing Lines Are Growing...

We continued to expand our capacity by commissioning the second of our fully automatic electrostatic painting line with conveyors. We increased the number of our water curtain liquid industrial paint finishing booths and doubled the number of ovens in the unit.

2010 : ISO 9001 : 2008

By updating our quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 revisions, we began to reflect the developments in our production activities.

2018 : ISO 9001 : 2015

With our ability to produce solutions for evolving and diversifying needs, we have rebuilt our quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

2018 : ISO 14001

As an extension of our following international standards in all manufacturing processes, we have documented our respect and awareness for the environment with our ISO 14001 certificate.
